AURWEST RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF STOCK OPTIONS

Effective July 30, 2026, Aurwest Resources Corp. has cancelled an aggregate six million options to purchase common shares of the company, which were previously granted on May 6, 2026, to board members and consultants of the company. Management reviewed the company's outstanding options and determined that the options granted to such participants under the company's option plan, at an exercise price of 2.5 cents per common share, were not in compliance with Policy 6.5(3) of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
