Advent-AWI Holdings Inc. Declares Special Dividend
Vancouver, BC, Canada, August 12, 2026 Advent-AWI Holdings Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV:AWI)
is pleased to announce that the board of directors of the Company has approved a special dividend of $0.14
per common share to be paid on September 10, 2026, to all shareholders of record as at the close of business
on August 26, 2026.
The dividends paid by the Company will be considered an "eligible dividend" under section 89(14) of the
Income Tax Act (Canada).
