ADVENT-AWI HOLDINGS INC. DECLARES SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Advent-AWI Holdings Inc.'s board of directors of the company has approved a special dividend of 14 cents per common share to be paid on Sept. 10, 2026, to all shareholders of record as at the close of business on Aug. 26, 2026.

The dividends paid by the company will be considered an eligible dividend under Section 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
