(the "Company") (TSXV:AWI) is pleased to announce that in recognition of the Company's strong financial position, the board of directors of the Company has approved a special dividend of $0.05 per common share to be paid on August 10, 2023, to all shareholders of record as at the close of business on July 27, 2023. The dividends paid by the Company will be considered an "eligible dividend" under section 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
