ADVENT-AWI HOLDINGS INC. DECLARES SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Advent-AWI Holdings Inc., in recognition of the company's strong financial position, has approved a special dividend of five cents per common share to be paid on Aug. 10, 2023, to all shareholders of record as at the close of business on July 27, 2023.

The dividends paid by the company will be considered an "eligible dividend" under Section 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
