THUNDERSTRUCK CORPORATE UPDATE

Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. has entered into a release and settlement dated April 9, 2024, with a former consultant and officer to the company in relation to all matters relating to their engagement and consulting agreement. The company will pay an aggregate of $33,500, of which $18,500 will be paid in cash and the remaining $15,000 is payable through the issuance of 250,000 common shares of the company at a deemed price of six cents per share.

The release and issuance of the settlement shares is subject to regulatory approval, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
