THUNDERSTRUCK UPDATE
Further
to its press releases dated July 18, 2023, and Aug. 28, 2023, Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. has discontinued its previously announced private
placement as at Sept. 25, 2023. The company completed on July 7, 2023, raising aggregate
gross proceeds of $80,499.90 through the sale of 536,666 units at a price of 15 cents per unit.
The company is reviewing its financing options and will provide a further update in due course.
