The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition to acquire a track-mounted drill rig and related equipment that is located in Fiji.

Consideration:  $125,000 (U.S.), 722,717 common shares and 722,717 warrants

Warrant terms:  Each warrant entitles holder to purchase one common share at the price of 20 U.S. cents for a three-year period.
