    ALTAIR ANNOUNCES ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING
                      RESULTS
Vancouver, BC � March 30, 2015: Altair Gold Incorporated ("Altair" or the "Company") (TSX-V:
AVX), is pleased to announce, the results of its Annual General Meeting held March 30th, 2015
(the "Meeting"). The shareholders passed all resolutions for the Company and elected Zip
Dhanani, Haafiz Bhulji, Ramon Mabanta and Robert Naso as directors of Altair for the upcoming
year.

The Company's board of directors has also appointed Zip Dhanani as the Company's Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Robert Naso as the Company's
Chief Financial Officer.
