AURIC MINERALS CORP. ANNOUNCES FILING OF AMENDED AND RESTATED OFFERING DOCUMENT FOR LIFE OFFERING
Further to the news release dated April 2, 2026, Auric Minerals Corp. has filed an amended and restated offering document in connection with its previously announced listed issuer financing exemption offering.
The LIFE offering will be conducted in reliance on Part 5A of National Instrument 45-106 (Prospectus Exemptions), as modified by Coordinated Blanket Order 45-935 (Exemptions from Certain Conditions of the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption). The amended offering document reflects a revision to the terms of the warrants to be issued under the LIFE offering.
Pursuant to the amendment, the exercise period of the warrants underlying the units has been revised to provide that the warrants will be exercisable for a period of 24 months, commencing on the date that is 60 days following the date of issuance of such warrants.
All other terms of the LIFE offering remain as previously disclosed, except as amended by the amended offering document.
The amended offering document is available under the company's profile on SEDAR+ and should be reviewed by prospective investors prior to making an investment decision.
