Brien Lundin, in the November, 2016, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says hold Auryn Resources Inc., recently $2.81. Mr. Lundin said buy in May, 2015, at $1.20 and in November, 2015, at $1.06. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the two buys, the $2,000 position is now worth $4,990. Auryn recently acquired various projects in southern Peru and has now started exploring them. It will focus initially on the Huilacollo and Banos del Indio gold systems, where it plans to conduct sampling, trenching, mapping and geophysics to identify targets for drill programs next year. The drill program at Huilacollo will consist of 3,000 to 5,000 metres in the first quarter of 2017, and the drill program at Banos del Indio will consist of 2,500 metres in the fourth quarter of 2017. These programs are in addition to the 25,000 metres of drilling that Auryn plans to conduct next year at its Committee Bay project in Nunavut. Clearly, says Mr. Lundin, Auryn will have plenty of news to share over the coming months. He is keeping the stock as a hold for now, but would definitely make it a buy on any significant weakness.
