GOLDEN SKY MINERALS GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS
Golden Sky Minerals Corp.'s board of directors has approved the issuance of incentive
stock options to purchase an aggregate of 478,096 common shares to directors, officers and consultants
of the company. The options have a term of five years, with an exercise price per share of 26 cents per
share, and vest six months after the date of grant.
