GRANTING OF INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Pursuant to Atico Mining Corp.'s stock option plan, 5,162,338 incentive stock options, exercisable at 22.5 cents per share for a period of five years, have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company.

This option grant is subject to TSX Venture exchange approval.
