ATEX ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Atex Resources Inc. has released the results of its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held earlier today. At the meeting, shareholders approved all motions set out in the company's notice of meeting and management information circular dated May 8, 2026, as further described in this news release.

A total of 262,525,270 common shares of the company were represented at the meeting, in person or by proxy, representing approximately 70 per cent of the total number of common shares of the company issued and outstanding as at May 8, 2026 (being the record date of the meeting).
