The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Atex Resources Inc. will be listed and posted for trading at the open on April 27, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 374,629,492 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 73,614,973 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol ATX, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 04681A 10 5.

The TSX reports that Atex Resources' flagship property is the Valeriano project, located in the Atacama region in Chile. The company indirectly owns 100 per cent of the Valeriano project. According to the TSX, the company has not declared a dividend since its incorporation and does not anticipate doing so in the foreseeable future.

The TSX notes that Atex Resources has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since Feb. 8, 2019, under the symbol ATX. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on April 27, 2026, upon the start of trading on the TSX. The company's transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, and the temporary market-maker is RBC Capital Markets.
