ATW TECH INC. PROVIDES UPDATE ON MCTO AND ANNOUNCES ITS TERMINATION

ATW Tech Inc. is providing an update with respect to its previously announced management cease trade order issued by the corporation's principal regulator, the Autorite des marches financiers, on May 2, 2023. The MCTO was issued in connection with the delay by the company in filing its audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related certification for the period ended Dec. 31, 2022, before the prescribed deadline of May 1, 2023.

On June 29, 2023, ATW filed its annual audited financial statements, management report and related certificates for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022. On July 6, 2023, the Autorite des marches financiers revoked decision 2023-IC-1028051 issued on May 2, 2023, prohibiting Carlos Bedran, Christian Trudeau, Louis Lessard and Michel Guay from carrying out, directly or indirectly, any activity related to trading in the securities of ATW Tech on the grounds that it is complies with the obligations of the applicable regulations.
