Atkinsrealis Group Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Wallbridge Gilbert Aztec, a leading Australian and New Zealand engineering and project management consultancy firm.
"The completion of this acquisition marks an important milestone in our growth across Australia and New Zealand," said Ian L. Edwards, president and chief executive officer, Atkinsrealis.
