Reference is made to the new listing -- shares bulletin dated June 20, 2025.

The TSX Venture Exchange has confirmed that the company has met the required TSX-V Sandbox exit conditions as described in the June 20, 2025, bulletin.

Therefore, effective at the open, Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, the company's listing will exit from the TSX-V Sandbox and become a regular listing. The company is classified as an investment (oil and gas royalties) company.

As a result of the retroactive application of the escrow release schedule from the June 20, 2025, date, 166,330,013 common shares and 166,163,715 warrants remain in escrow.
