ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: ATC) ("ATAC" or the "Company") announces a fully-allocated $3,250,000 private placement, to consist of the sale of 5,000,000 flow-through common shares at a price of $0.65 per share. The proceeds from this private placement, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, will be used to finance ATAC's 2016 exploration program at its Rackla Gold Project in the Yukon, as announced on February 10, 2016. Closing is expected to occur on April 22, 2016.
