ASTRON CONNECT INC. REPORTS FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS

Astron Connect Inc. has released its first quarter results for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023.

Highlights for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023:

• Sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023, were nil (2022 -- nil). There were no revenues recorded in the first quarter due to business closure of the company's main supplier.
• Net loss was $57,875 for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023 (2022 -- net loss of $85,446), a decrease of 33 per cent from fiscal year (FY) 2022.
• Operating expenses were $58,891 for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023 (2022 -- $87,064), a decrease of 32 per cent from FY 2022.
• As of Dec. 31, 2023, the company had a working capital deficiency of $127,911 (2022 -- $393,289).
