Mr. S. Randall Smallbone reports

ASTRON CONNECT INC. ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND CEO

Shixin Huang, who has served as a member of Astron Connect Inc.'s board of directors and chief executive officer, has resigned. Astron's board and management thank Mr. Huang for his service and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.

S. Randall Smallbone, chair of the board, will be assuming the position of interim CEO.
