The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Asian Mineral Resources Ltd. proposal to issue 550,000 shares at a deemed price of five cents per share in consideration of certain services provided to Asian Mineral Resources Ltd. pursuant to shares for services agreements.

Insiders:  James Askew $12,500, five cents, 250,000 shares; Christopher Castle $15,000, five cents, 300,000 shares

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
