AURANIA DIRECTORS RECEIVE OPTIONS IN LIEU OF FEES

Aurania Resources Ltd.'s directors have agreed to receive their quarterly director fees in the form of stock options in lieu of cash for each quarterly period during 2024.

On March 28, 2024, each director was granted 23,500 stock options at an exercise price of 25 cents in lieu of their director fees for first quarter 2024. An aggregate of 94,000 stock options were granted. The stock options will be exercisable for three years and will vest immediately.
