AURANIA DIRECTORS RECEIVE OPTIONS IN LIEU OF FEES AND CEO PROVIDES ANNUAL LETTER TO SHAREHOLDERS

A letter to shareholders from chairman, president and chief executive officer Keith Barron is now available on Aurania Resources Ltd.'s website. Aurania's directors received their quarterly director fees in the form of stock options in lieu of cash for the period ended Dec. 31, 2023.

As stated in the press release dated April 12, 2023, directors of the company agreed to receive their director fees for 2023 in the form of stock options in lieu of cash for each quarterly period. On Dec. 29, 2023, each director was granted 19,800 stock options at an exercise price of 31 cents in lieu of their director fees for Q4 2023. An aggregate of 79,200 stock options were granted. The stock options will be exercisable for three years and will vest immediately.
