ARHT MEDIA ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF VASILY RYABOV AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Arht Media Inc. has appointed Vasily Ryabov as chief financial officer, effective May 1, 2024. Mr. Ryabov has served as a member of the finance group of the company since 2020 and most recently as vice-president, finance. In his new role, Mr. Ryabov will be responsible for financial planning and reporting, treasury management and public markets communication. Mr. Ryabov is a CPA/CA and has over 10 years of experience with growing tech companies.

"Vasily's experience and skills will serve Arht Media well as we continue our path towards increased sales growth and future profitability," commented Richard Carl, executive chair of the company.

Mr. Ryabov will replace Hanna Ayyad, who is returning to the clean technology sector. "Hanna has made an important and impactful contribution to the company during his tenure as CFO and we wish him continued success in his new endeavours," commented Larry O'Reilly, chief executive officer of Arht Media.
