--->e appointment of Mr. Brian Gusko to the board of directors.  Mr. Gusko brings significant international business exper
--->ience to the Company along with over twenty years of financing public and private small-cap companies.  Early in his c
--->areer, he worked internationally as a research associate with the U.S. Department of Commerce at an embassy posting, f
--->ollowed by a Corporate Planning position with a Mitsubishi Group company in Tokyo, and in Product Management at a Voda
--->fone spin-off in the Netherlands.  He also has extensive experience with Canadian public companies, both in senior man
--->agement and at the board level.  He is currently a member of the board of directors of Lomiko Metals Inc., the CFO of 
--->Vodis Innovative Pharmaceuticals Inc., and a partner in the capital markets advisory firm Howe & Bay Financial Corp.  

Mr. Gusko replaces Mr. Jeff Sheremeta on the Company's board of directors, who has resigned to pursue other ventures.
