Mr. Patrick Cole reports
ACE FOODS SIGNS SALES REPRESENTATIVE AGREEMENT WITH SEACREST SALES AND MARKETING
Armada Mercantile Ltd., through its 33-per-cent ownership in Ace Foods, is expanding its
London Dairy ice cream distribution business in northeast United States. Ace Foods has signed a sales representation agreement with
Seacrest Sales and Marketing as of July 1, 2026. Seacrest plans to focus on the broader opportunity represented by
the conventional retailers they service in the northeast/Mid-Atlantic market as well as food (grocery stores and supermarkets),
drug (pharmacies) and mass (big-box stores, wholesale clubs and discount centres) such as Wakefern and ShopRite
supermarkets. Additionally, Seacrest has relationships with major distributors that service retailers such as Key Food, C-Town,
Bravo Banners, Associated Stores, FoodTown, over 1,000 Dodegas in New York, and supply ice cream products to 7-
Eleven and CVS. If executed successfully, the relationship could significantly increase the availability of London Dairy Ice
Cream products across high-volume retail channels in the northeastern U.S. For Armada Mercantile, stronger sales at Ace
Foods could increase the value of its 33-per-cent investment, although this announcement does not guarantee specific revenue or
earnings growth.
