ZERONOX UPDATE ON BUSINESS
Armada Mercantile Ltd., through its 7-per-cent ownership portfolio
company Zero Nox Inc. (Zeronox), has highlighted the following business and newsletter update:
- Zeronox has received its second California Air Resources Board (CARB) executive order covering the Zeronox EV (electric vehicle)
retrofit kit for Class 8 vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks and transit buses.
- Zeronox is in the final stages of completing its California HVIP (hybrid and zero-emission truck and
bus voucher incentive project) manufacturer eligibility application to conduct an all-electric range (AER) test, one of the key remaining requirements before vehicles appear in the California HVIP-eligible vehicles catalogue.
- Zeronox and TREDC have officially launched the Pleasant View School District school bus retrofit conversion
process, gaining real experience in clean transportation and vehicle electrification.
- Zeronox was issued a U.S. patent for its Venturi device with forced induction technology by the U.S.
Patent and Trademark Office. The patent covers a novel supercharger system incorporating a Venturi device that uses
exhaust gas recirculation and vortex formation to compress intake air for internal combustion engines, without the use
of traditional mechanically moving components.
- Zeronox has successfully completed a Stage 4 vortex infusion chamber (VIC) pilot program with Obayashi
Corp., focused on system installation and bringing a proprietary VIC CC system on line across pilot vehicles.
- Zeronox chief executive officer and president Robert Cruess will be a featured panelist at ACT Expo 2026, North America's largest
fleet technology conference and expo, taking place May 4 to May 7, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
