LONDON DAIRY ADDS NEW DISTRIBUTOR TO BEGIN SELLING IN TEXAS, LOUISIANA, ALABAMA GEORGIA AND FLORIDA

Armada Mercantile Ltd., through its portfolio company, Ace Foods, will begin selling London Dairy ice cream/sorbet pints, ice cream/sorbet multipack bars, novelty bars, cones and sandwiches through a distributor servicing Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia and Florida. The distributor will sell the London Dairy ice cream brand in 600 small markets and convenience store outlets currently being serviced by the distributor. Ace Foods will participant in marketing, store freezer program, delivery truck wrapping and store promotions to promote the London Dairy ice cream brand.
