ZERONOX AND JOSPONG GROUP LAUNCH ONE OF WORLD'S LARGEST FLEET RETROFIT ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT

Zero Nox Inc., an affiliated ownership portfolio company of Armada Mercantile Ltd., celebrated the launch of a partnership with the Jospong Group of Companies, one of Ghana's most diversified holding companies. On May 4, 2023, the formal signing of a joint venture agreement was conducted at the Zero Nox headquarters to advance clean technology solutions in Africa. As previously announced, Zero Nox will become a publicly listed company through a transaction with The Growth for Good Acquisition Corp. Growth for Good is a publicly traded special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Upon closing, Zero Nox's common stock is expected to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol ZNOX.
