The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the non-arm's-length option agreement dated Nov. 17, 2025, between the company and Lipari Mining Ltd.

Under the terms of the agreement, the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Band-Ore property, comprising 16 patented mining claims, one leased mining claim and 109 staked mining claims, located in Hagey and Conacher townships, Ontario.

To exercise the option, the company must make cash payments totalling $1.75-million over a five-year period and, at the company's sole discretion, either pay an additional $250,000 in cash or issue up to two million common shares of the company in stages over a four-year period.
