ARGYLE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTION CANCELLATION WITH INTENTION TO REGRANT EQUAL OPTIONS

Effective Feb. 26, 2026, Argyle Resources Corp. has cancelled an aggregate 2.05 million options to purchase common shares of the company, which were previously granted to board members and consultants of the company. Management reviewed the company's outstanding options and determined that certain options granted to such participants under the company's option plan, at exercise prices ranging from 44 cents to 92 cents per common share, no longer represented a realistic incentive to motivate such participants. Accordingly, in compliance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange, the company intends to grant an equivalent number of stock options to such participants 30 days following the effective date. The exercise price of the options will be equal to the greater of: (i) the closing price of the company's common shares on the CSE 30 days after the effective date; and (ii) the closing price on the trading day immediately preceding the grant date. Such options will expire three years from the date of grant and are being granted so that all outstanding options are at a similar level to each other and provide a realistic incentive to motivate such participants.
