Mississauga, Ontario (FSCwire) - Armada Data Corporation (TSXV:ARD) (the “Company”) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,200,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.11 per share for a period of two (2) years, to certain directors and consultants of the Company, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stock option plan. The options are subject to a vesting period released 1/3 every six months beginning on the date that is six months from the date of grant.
