APEX RESOURCES GRANTS OPTIONS
Apex Resources Inc. has granted an aggregate of 3.45 million stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company to purchase 3.45 million common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's share option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of six cents per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.
