APEX RESOURCES ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS CHANGES

Linda Dandy has resigned as a director of Apex Resources Inc. effective Sept. 28, 2023. Apex wishes to thank Ms. Dandy for her many years of service to the company and wishes her success in all future endeavours. Ms. Dandy will remain as a consultant to the company.

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald Lang as director of the company. Mr. Lang has a long history of working in the exploration and mining industry following in the footsteps of his father Frank A. Lang of Hemlo gold mine fame. Ronald Lang served as the president and chief executive officer of Cream Minerals Ltd. (incorporated in British Columbia in 1966) overseeing exploration in Canada, Mexico and Africa in addition to serving as a board member to several junior exploration companies. Ronald Lang is skilled in negotiation, business planning, operations management, venture capital markets and business development.
