ARISE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER CONFERENCE CALL

ARISE Technologies Corp. will release its second-quarter financial results for 2010 after 7 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Aug. 4, 2010.

The company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors at 8:30 a.m. (ET) on Aug. 4. It will file its second-quarter financial statements as well as management's discussion and analysis for 2010 on SEDAR. These documents will be available on ARISE's website prior to the conference call.

Vern Heinrichs, president and chief executive officer, and Doug McCollam, chief financial officer, will be available to answer questions during the call.
