ALTIPLANO PROVIDES UPDATE ON ITS $1.5M PRIVATE PLACEMENT

In connection with its non-brokered private placement previously announced on Oct. 10, 2025, and Nov. 14, 2025, Altiplano Metals Inc. is pleased to report that it has received multiple subscriptions and expects to close the first tranche of the offering within the coming week.

The offering consists of up to 30 million units at five cents per unit to raise up to $1.5-million in gross proceeds. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one-half non-transferable share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional common share at a price of 7.5 cents per share for two years from the closing date of the offering.

The offering is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities issued will have a hold period of four months and one day from the closing of the offering. The net proceeds of the offering will be used to finance exploration and development of the company's projects, and for general working capital. The company may pay finders' fees raised in connection with the financing to arm's-length finders in accordance with the policies of the TSX-V.
