ADVANCED PROTEOME THERAPEUTICS ANNOUNCES CEASE TRADE ORDER & SUSPENSION OF TRADING FROM THE NEX

Advanced Proteome Therapeutics Corp. received a cease trade order (CTO), on Dec. 5, 2023, from the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) as a result of the company's failure to file its audited annual financial statements and corresponding management's discussion and analysis for the year ended July 31, 2023, including the chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications. The order will remain in effect until the company files its financial documents. Further, on Dec. 6, the TSX Venture Exchange suspended trading in the company's securities on the NEX Exchange as a result of said CTO.

Upon completion of the filings and revocation of the CTO by the BCSC, the company will submit the required materials to the TSX-V requesting the reinstatement of trading. Revocation of the CTO and reinstatement of trading are expected to occur within a few days after the filings are made.
