ALLIED ANNOUNCES APRIL 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of 15 cents per unit for the month of April, 2024, representing $1.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2024.
