ALLIED ANNOUNCES MARCH 2024 DISTRIBUTION

The trustees of Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust have declared a distribution of 15 cents per unit for the month of March, 2024, representing $1.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at March 29, 2024.
