ALLIED ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of 15 cents per unit for the month of February, 2024, representing $1.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Feb. 29, 2024.
