ALLIED ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust's trustees have declared a distribution of 15 cents per unit for the month of November, 2023, representing $1.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.
