ALLIED ANNOUNCES JUNE 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a distribution of 15 cents per unit for the month of June, 2023, representing $1.80 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on July 17, 2023, to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2023.
