AFRICA OIL TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2025

Africa Oil Corp. will publish its financial and operating results, along with the related management's discussion and analysis, for the three and 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, after the Toronto market close on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Friday, Feb. 28, 2024, at 9 a.m. EST (2 p.m. GMT) (3 p.m. CET). The conference call may be accessed by dial-in or via webcast.

Participants should register on-line for the live webcast.
