AFRICA OIL TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2024

Africa Oil Corp. will publish its financial and operating results and related management's discussion and analysis for the three months and 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2023, after Toronto market close on Monday, Feb. 26, 2024.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2024, at 9 a.m. ET/2 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time/3 p.m. Central European Time. The conference call will be available by dial-in or webcast.
