AFRICA OIL TO RELEASE THIRD QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2023

Africa Oil Corp. will publish its financial and operating results and related management's discussion and analysis for the three months and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2023, after Toronto market close on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023, at 9 a.m. ET/2 p.m. GMT/3 p.m. CET. The conference call may be accessed by dial-in or via webcast.
