AFRICA OIL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING VOTING RESULTS

Africa Oil Corp. has released voting results from the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held today in Vancouver, B.C.

A total of 176,009,443 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 38.07 per cent of the votes attached to all the outstanding common shares of the company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business as shown in the attached table.
