AFRICA OIL TO RELEASE FIRST QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON FRIDAY, MAY 12, 2023

Africa Oil Corp. will publish its financial and operating results and related management's discussion and analysis for the three months ended March 31, 2023, after the Toronto market close on Friday, May 12, 2023.

Senior management will hold a conference call to discuss the results on Monday, May 15, 2023, at 9 a.m. ET (2 p.m. BST) (3 p.m. CET). The conference call may be accessed by dial-in or via webcast.
