                          Adent Capital Releases Technical Report
                              on Proxima Diamonds Property

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 31, 2014. Adent Capital Corp. ("Adent" or the
"Company") (TSXV: ANT.P), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that it has filed a
technical report for the Proxima Diamonds Property located in the Northwest Territories (the
"Technical Report").

The Technical Report, entitled "Technical Report for the Proxima Diamonds Property" and dated
effective May 15, 2014, was prepared by Aurora Geosciences Ltd. and authored by R.J. (Jim)
Robinson, B.Sc., P. Geol, a "qualified person" (as such term is defined in National Instrument
43-101 � Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101")) and independent of both
Proxima and Adent for the purposes of NI 43-101.

A copy of the Technical Report, which was prepared in compliance with NI 43-101, is available
under Adent's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.          In addition, the report together with
summaries of the targets comprising the Proxima Diamonds Property is available on the
Proxima Diamonds Corp. website at www.proximadiamonds.ca.

For further information on the Proxima Diamonds Property and the Company's proposed
Qualifying Transaction with Proxima Diamonds Corp. see the Company's news release dated
May 26, 2014.

Completion of the Qualifying Transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including but not
limited to, Exchange acceptance and if applicable pursuant to Exchange requirements, majority
of the minority shareholder approval. Where applicable, the Qualifying Transaction cannot close
until the required shareholder approval is obtained. There can be no assurance that the
Qualifying Transaction will be completed as proposed or at all.
