ANONYMOUS INTELLIGENCE CLOSES ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT IN ARKHIVE, INCREASING OWNERSHIP TO 20%

Further to the news release dated Aug. 4, 2026, Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. has closed an additional 10-per-cent equity interest in Arkhive Technologies Ltd., increasing the company's aggregate ownership interest in Arkhive to 20 per cent.

Pursuant to the supplemental strategic investment agreement dated July 6, 2026, the company acquired an additional 100,000 common shares of Arkhive, representing an additional 10 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Arkhive. As consideration for the additional interest, 800,000 common shares were issued to Arkhive at a deemed price of 25 cents per share, representing aggregate deemed consideration of $200,000.

Following closing, the company holds an aggregate of 200,000 common shares of Arkhive, representing 20 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Arkhive.

The consideration shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.

The increased investment builds upon Anonymous's continued expansion into blockchain technology and further strengthens the strategic relationship between Anonymous and Arkhive. It also provides the company with a significant equity interest in Arkhive as the parties continue to advance Arkhive's technology and pursue global commercial opportunities.

In connection with the company's investment in Arkhive, Denis Franks, chief executive officer of Anonymous, was appointed to the board of directors of Arkhive, effective Aug. 4, 2026.

Antoine Lavoie, president and chief executive officer of Arkhive, commented: "Mr. Franks brings extensive executive leadership experience and significant knowledge of blockchain technology, including experience in the launch of several cryptocurrencies.
